Delivery

All orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you of this.

It will also contain the tracking number for your order, which can be used at: http://track.royalmail.com.

Free UK delivery for orders over £50.00

UK Delivery Options:

  • Royal Mail Standard 2nd class: £3.95 (3-5 working days) – Free with orders over £50.
  • Royal Mail Recorded 1st class: £4.95 (1-2 working days) – Free with orders over £100.
  • Royal Mail Guaranteed Next day: £8.95 (on orders placed before 2 pm).

Please note: Next day service does not include Saturday & Sunday – orders placed after 2pm Friday may not be sent until Monday).

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct.

For international orders – Unfortunately due to our payment providers restrictions we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If you receive a calling card from Royal Mail to say that they attempted delivery, please contact them immediately using the details on the card.

Missing orders

All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance.

If you do not receive your order within the stated times, please contact us, and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order.

Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Although we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own, we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee.

Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and accept delivery or collect your items promptly to avoid redelivery costs.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times, we will contact you immediately.

You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

Returns

After an order has been dispatched, you may return the goods up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

Goods must be unopened and unused, with seals intact. If an item has been used/opened, we cannot accept a return due to the product’s potential denaturing.

Once we receive your returned items, we will notify you and advise if your return has been expected.

All refunds will be completed within 14 days after returning the goods.
If your order is damaged, we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.

To cancel or return goods, please contact us via email, quoting your order number. Do not return to us until you receive our returns number.
