Everything You Need to Know About CBD Oil

Why Should You Choose CBD Queen’s Oils and Products?

Here at CBD Queen, we pride ourselves on the quality and potency of our CBD oils.

Our oils come in 10ml bottles for maximum strength and a pipette for easy administration.

We only use the finest organically grown hemp in our products.

Our raw material is tracked from seed to finished product and goes through rigorous testing.

We do all this to ensure our customers get nothing but top-quality CBD, which is safe to consume.

Our oils are packed with a wide range of cannabinoids.

This is vitally important as all the individual cannabinoids interact with different receptors inside the body.

This makes our oils so potent and supports many other issues within the body.

As a result, we have some of the most powerful oils on the UK market.

What is CBD Oil?

CBD oil is made up of hemp extract and carrier oil. Hemp extract is always mixed with a carrier oil due to its thick and sticky consistency.

This carrier oil makes it extremely easy to work with and consume.

Is it Legal to Use CBD in the UK?

Yes, CBD is legal in the UK. Products must contain no more than 0.2% THC.

Does Taking CBD Get You High?

The short answer is NO! The only psychoactive cannabinoid is THC.

THC is either entirely removed or will only contain trace amounts within the legal limit of 0.2%.

What Is The Most Effective Type of CBD Oil?

Our Full Spectrum CBD oil is our most potent product. So if you want the best bang for your buck, that’s the one to go for.

What’s the Best Way to Take It?

The most effective way to consume CBD would be by using the oil under the tongue (also known as sub-lingually).

When administering it this way, the active CBD is carried from your mucous membranes (located under the tongue) directly into your bloodstream.

With this form of delivery, the bioavailability of CBD is significantly increased compared to other forms of delivery.

It also stays in your system for longer, and it allows you to easily increase and decrease your dose accordingly.

(If you want a really easy way of taking it, our cannabidiol capsules are convenient and provide an extremely precise dosage)

What Conditions Might CBD Help With?

Please visit our blog for more information on the findings from studies and the benefits of CBD supplements.

Please Note – CBD Queen sells products as food supplements. We make no medical claims or suggest that CBD can cure, treat, or prevent illnesses.

Is CBD Oil Safe? Are There Any Side Effects?

CBD is generally considered safe with very rare side effects.

The side effects that have been reported are a bit of upset tummy and diarrhoea. These side effects are rare.

What is THC, and is it the Same as CBD?

THC is a psychoactive compound that produces the effects most users would associate with being ‘high.’

THC is currently illegal in the UK. Any product that contains any traces of THC must comply with UK law which states it must be under 0.2%.

On the other hand, CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid and therefore offers no psychoactive effects whatsoever.

What’s the Difference Between Hemp Oil and CBD?

Hemp oil is made from cold-pressed hemp seeds. It does not contain any active CBD. Cannabidiol (CBD) is an active cannabinoid found in the hemp plant.

CBD is responsible for over 40% of the plant’s extract. Many studies show CBD to have a wide range of potential therapeutic benefits for human health and well-being.

Can it Make You Fail a Drugs Test?

CBD will NOT make you fail a drug test. Drug tests are screening for THC.

There are only very slight traces of THC within our Full Spectrum oil; it would be highly unlikely to fail a drug test.

However, as our Full Spectrum products do contain traces of THC, there is a slight chance this could happen, admittedly extremely rare.

If you are concerned about consuming too much or have a career where you will be drug tested, we recommend avoiding any THC products and opting for a Broad Spectrum product or our CBD edibles.
